I made homemade mayo today, and I DIDN'T strug! I used a recipe called "Foolproof Mayo" but I like to call it my strug-free mayo. It's very tasty and honestly doesn't require a lot of effort. All you have to have is a mason jar, immersion blender, and the ingredients. It tastes better than store bought kind, and the consistency is also really nice.
I never thought I'd be making my own mayo, but alas, here I am. Maybe I will post recipes of different flavors I come up with!?! Ca-ra-zy.
